At Wasatch Functional Medicine we partner with our patients in creating a health care plan that helps them be in control of their own health. We can accomplish this by working together. Our functional medicine approach provides you with a medical and health coaching team. We believe education is important. Not only do we teach patients how to reach optimal health, but we show them how to be active participants in their own health and what influences health. This empowers each patient to make better health care decisions for themselves, so they may overcome and move past health care challenges.
Our mission is to empower patients to take control of their own health. Through collaborating with a team of healthcare providers and health coaches, educating patients on all aspects of health, and innovating change in healthcare to help patients prevent, conquer and overcome chronic diseases, our patients are able to feel good as they age.
